Group Benefits Update: New electronic cards ready for download

In follow up to our communication regarding the change in our group policy administration change effective Aug. 1, we are happy to report that the update is complete and your new group benefits cards for prescription drugs and benefits plan are ready for electronic download.
 
To access your new cards, login into the Canada Life GroupNet app or visit https://my.canadalife.com/sign-in and enter your username and password.

• If you have yet to set up your online account, please use (R3+ must only use last six digits of Dal ID for login credentials).MARDOCS’ NEW POLICY #052454 AND YOUR DAL ID NUMBER

• The group policy #178635 will still remain in effect for all LTD and Life Insurance claims. This does not affect any member with waived group benefits. 

• Please remember you MUST update your new policy info with ALL of your providers to ensure you do not have any denied claims. The Policy #052454 is the only change, all other numbers remain the same.
